anew currently runs a 12,800 acre plantation in the state of Mato Grosso in central Brazil.

On this plantation, anew began the spectacular preB anew project in 2002. This project was born from the strong conviction of the owner, Mr. Hashimoto, to share the blessings of nature found on the plantation with people of the world. preB anew are vegetables, fruits, and grains, etc. that were grown on the plantation and put through a complex process of fermenting and aging.
