Naturally Yours Co., LTD offers natural foods that are gentle to both the body and the environment, under the direction of Michio Kushi, who originated macrobiotics and promulgated it to the world. Macrobiotics is a form of diet familiar to the Japanese since ancient times. It consists of taking into the body the blessings of nature in their natural states, placing brown rice as the staple food, with soups, seasonal vegetables, beans, and seaweed on the side. "Begin with quality and end with quality" is the motto of Natural Group HQ Inc., and we proudly offer products that are gentle to both the body and nature.

Dr. Michio Kushi is a leader of the international macrobiotic community and natural-foods movement. He is a well-known author, educator and an international lecturer. He has been called "the 20th century developer of macrobiotics." Michio Kushi has written several dozen books including The Macrobiotic Way, The Cancer Prevention Diet, The Book of Macrobiotics, Diet for a Strong Heart, One Peaceful World and AIDS, Macrobiotics and Natural Immunity.

For more than 50 years, Michio Kushi has dedicated his life to the dissemination and promotion of the ‘Kushi Macrobiotics’ and improvement of dietary life to the world. He has been speaking to global audiences on the subjects of diet, health consciousness, and peace, and he has been honored with many prestigious awards. Among his many recognitions, he has received the Award of Excellence from the United Nations Society of Writers. In June 1999, the “Smithsonian Institution’s National Museum of American History” (Smithsonian Institution) opened a permanent Kushi Family collection on macrobiotics and Alternative Health Care.
